Welcome to another month of Cook With Sam Club! 💚

Every month, we cook one recipe together as a community. This time, I let the members of my community choose our August recipe, and they decided it was time to make an epic batch of my Crispy Tofu!

This simple recipe teaches you how to make golden, flavorful, perfectly crispy tofu using whichever cooking method works best for you: pan-frying, baking, or air frying.

I make this crispy tofu nearly every week because it’s so easy, versatile, and delicious! Add it to bowls, wraps, salads, or pasta, or enjoy it my favorite way, munched directly from the pan!

💛 Your Chipotle Bean Salad Photos

My personal favorite photo this month goes to Emy for this incredibly fun and creative idea! She rolled mini tortillas into cones, lightly sprayed them with oil, secured them with toothpicks, and stood them upright in a muffin tin before baking them until crisp. Then she filled each cone with the Creamy Chipotle Bean Salad so guests could easily grab one and enjoy. I love this idea so much!!
